Probably no read need to mention it at all, but really, whose kidding who? This is moderate risk exploration. A dry hole is always on the cards.
I'm taking a positive spin on this in respect of Block 105. It's taking a while to get an announcement on the Cua Lo-1 well, so I'm presuming the time it's taking means there's still a lot of work going on. Feel free to draw your own conclusions.
