Prawno I doubt cash raising.
They have sufficient cash to develop Paloma.
And as for Vietnam, well they are being free carried for the exploration part as well as the first couple of wells. So they will only cash raise for that is the test wells yeild commercial results.
But who knows, I may be wrong.
