    Any where near a 50:50 would be an excellent position to be at. The more institutions on board the less flucuations should occur as we see the proice being pushed down. Notwithstanding this I guess no news and opportunistic traders will cause flucuations int he price...... including no news from NEN!!

    I suppose this is the price you pay fdor entering into a stock early. But you will pick it up on the upswing.
