As I see it, a few holders may have been shaken out through the cr... Insto's have quarterly targets which is their focus. They move on if they can't see the near term boost to sp... Anyway, all the ducks are lined up.. More cash than you can poke a stick at. Great farm in partner for big cat targets in 'nam and CA continuing to promise outperformance... Great short term opportunity to top up or simply hold... There is a real sense of inevitability about success for NEN. I forgot to mention top management..
