If you program a well to go down 10,500 feet, that's what you do!
Regardless of what they have found so far, the only thing that would stop them going full depth, would be an equipment malfunction...they will want to drill to full depth to get valuable information about the geology of the rest of the permit.
Similar announcement scenario to BUY's Tanzanian efforts...only in NEO's case, it's in fast-forward!
