    Hi Choo,

    $250 million is correct for in-situ Nickle. Hartleys valued at $25M and included notes in their recent report that there are no development plans as yet:

    The valuation only includes a discounted in-situ value for the Nepean Nickel deposit
    of A$25m.This is equivalent to 10% of its contained in-ground metal value. We see
    good potential in increasing this value as potential development plans become
    clearer.
