Oil and gas is booming and so is the subsea service sector.

Do the research! It does not look like Neptune is going broke to me. It looks more like an investor wants in and they want you NOT to take up your share entitlements.
If the raised capital is used to pay off debt then the company is worth more. So don't expect the sp to stay at 6c after the placement.
Also, don't rule out the possibility that another player preparing for a TO either.
If the sp goes to 6c I will be backing up the truck up and loading up on NMS!
