Kacy, I have sort of been thinking the same as well. Its like the capital managers are calling the shots on this one for another reason. It still smells of a managmeent buyout and if in the future that is what happens, especially if Christian Lange is involved I will be the first to instigate a class action based on past non disclosure to the market.
