Sorry to say this, and I am sure I will get plenty of flak coming my way for being dubious on announcements again..... however.

1. The Conoco multi services contract was executed months ago, it is NOT a new award, in fact was the last work for Trident before it fell idle.

2. The Geomatics rig positioning contract is peanuts, probably 5k a month if that. It would involve one or two guys onboard for 2-3 days to position the rig to spud a hole and then they are outta there and offhire. Nothing really inspiring in that announcement at all.
