It was to be expected that any chemical weapons Iraq did have that they would use them as a last resort.
I think it would have been widely accepted that Iraq had some level of chemical weapons remaining what still has not been proved is if they held levels of chemical weapons and means of delivering these weapons in any sort of quantity that posed a threat to any other country.
More importantly without wanting to sound callous how will this affect the market based on that todays rally is a result of progress made in Baghdad
