So in complete contrast to how most of the TON rah rah's thought was the best way before? From memory, BB could pass wind and the folk on here thought it was gospel. So the question I'd like answered is why was the management approach prior to BB leaving so good if now a different approach is considered a better way?

Perhaps there was a huge degree of over confidence with blind eyes to what was really happening. Many have come onto this forum to discuss facts only to be shouted down by the rah rah's because BB was 'getting the job done so well'.
