Now everything makes sense:

- the timing of the profit guidance
- the retreat in the share price more recently.

Got in at an average of $1.02 (simply too cheap) and sold half recently. Wish I had sold the rest.

I continue to have reservations about communication from CSV Management (their half year presentation was poor i.m.o.)

The rash of cap raises at the moment is a big warning indicator as to how companies are finding conditions - recommend everyone use caution.
