Receivers are no good for anyone most all PXUPA holders .

I cannot recall ever one from a listed ASX company that went well for those in line for a share of remaining assets

If this was to happen in my view after the massive damage it would create there would be nothing left for any one but the administrators and the legal people to share

Maybe in 3-4 years after all was washed out PXUPA might get $2 to $3 per unit at best in my view .

When these things occur creditors dont pay, the stock goes to waste the businesses lose value almost immediately ,the employee entitlements eat all the cash .

The hybrids would have to wait for a long period hoping after PPX is in the grave hybrids got a small payout from asset sales

PXUPA only hope in my view is working with PPX and supporting the right team to get a very big business profitable to the point it can either buy back the PXUPA on market to those that wish to sell at these levels to start with .

PPX biggest shareholder Orbis has been asking for this for over 12 months

Later remaining holders could hope to see dividends recommence or support a further continuation of a buy back.

In my view stop the waste ,and increase sales that generate a profit and close sales that generate losses is the obvious first step
