Here is another reference to Xstrata and the purchase of Mt Margaret from Exco Resources a little over 12 months ago.

Comparing to AVB you can extrapolate a value of about 250 million based on resources. The EXCO deal was diffent in that Xstrata had a plant next to the resource and in this case one needs to be built.

AVB is getting bigger with every hole. The more we drill the more we find. There is a lot of upside to the value on this one yet to come imo. Rerating is only a matter of time.
