MP, as I said earlier I saw a Top 20 list a couple of months ago & compared it with the list published in the Annual Report last year as at 19 Sept. As I said a couple of days ago "Mrs S has sold (at least enough to drop from the Top 20)".
She may very well still hold plenty in her name but just not enough to be Top 20 (les than 3.69m. Alternatively she may have transfered them into a corporate holding of which name I'm unaware.
As for the Mitchell Holdings you refered to, they were #5 back in Sept 07, but on the list I saw they no longer were mentioned as Top 20.
A name that was the top holder & is still there at #2 is Tisia Nominees with 16,999,999 (3.32%). It's connected with them isn't it?
