NSL dont need to raise the 10 million for land aquisition etc. Austind has to do all of that and then NSL issue the shares when all the conditions have been met. But now we know that the original agreement is being renegotiated with the view to proceeding to a merger hopefully with less shares being issued. IMHO the wording of the original contract stated that after meeting the first set of conditions NSL would have to pay $30 million. This was originally to be done with the issue of 1 billion shares at 3cents. I believe that due to the dramatic increase in thr share price this has led NSL to rethink how they will pay the $30 million.
