This is a Govt Body taking extra time to award conventions and concessions...This is a significant multi billion dollar deal.. which has alot of interested parties jostling for a position.
Whilst we would all love the Granting of Conventions today, a wait of 6 - 8 weeks in the scheme of the size of this deal is not that significant, and i doubt the local Govts are going to rush this just for SDl shareholders sake
VEry impressed with Hanlong to grant waivers on the key dates...shows their committment to the deal...which SDL and all of us need!!!
