Sasa, remember that selling at 4 / 3.9 is a 10% gain on where it's been in the past 8 weeks, so it (as someone else pointed out above) is probably someone who expected something by now and they've jumped coz it hasn't happened yet.
There are many many holders who have waited a long long time for a pay day on this stock.
I have never know a stock before which has a higher lost opportunity cost.
