So if you look at each column at the top, you'll see 1.25E11 in the first column. That's 1.25 exponent 11, or cohort 2 as shown in the bottom orange dosing table. Then each column progressing to the right is each next cohort followed by the amount of shRNA copies being produced by each cell in each cohort. That's what is displayed in red bars. I hope that echelons a little more.
