So overall I'm pretty happy, but there's quite a leap in remuneration from 2018 to 2019. It seems like the share price increase isn't enough for the directors. I find this time and time again... the problem with it is that it can de-incentivise directors and executives to keep pushing for growth because you're going to get well remunerated despite the growth trajectory. The reporting on who owns what has been a bit of a shocker but I'll forgive them as they mature from small cap to mid cap. Hopefully the discipline follows. Great to have a good representation of women on the executive. I trust women when it comes to money at a corporate level any day over ego fuelled blokes. I reckon in terms of battle of the sexes that women are better at managing other people's money than their own and men vice versa. So maybe that increase is deserved after all
