article in the age today......housing industry assoc said victorian spent 6.5 BILLION dollars last year........battering down the hatches,,,,,,,,,,50% of the kids are staying at HOTEL MAMA"S........not leaving home till they are 32......interesting article...extending and renovating, making a nice little tax free nest egg....and accommodating the kids for now......saving money on taxes and fees by not buying or selling.....
and gen Y its 66% are not leaving home..........
