Let's face it, there is no way their margins can be sustainable considering the consumer sentiment move towards A2-Only protein AND the proven fact it will not remain a finite supply.
Is A2M still a great company? Yes.
Will they continue to make money? Yes.
Will they do so under a much more competitive landscape? Yes.
Will this competitive landscape hurt margins? Yes
Should investors therefore question a P/E multiple 200% higher than the sector?
I think anyone with a reasonable approach to valuing a company should...
