I have just re read the Investors Update to Macquarie issued this morning. On P9, it is very clear that A2M knew of Nestle and others as they talk about our position, both in trading and protection by the patents and that they take this protection very seriously aka Lions and defending the intellectual rights in court.
I urge all to read the update.
