I wasn't referring to the SP wobbles - that's macro and sentiment - I was referring to why other milk companies want a piece of a2 Milk co's distinguishing factor (i.e. the lack of a1 beta casein)
There's no "A2 protein theory" as such - it's a "no-a1 beta casein protein" hypothesis (fairly well tested but not strictly Theory)
