    kpax that about sums it up. Would KPMG have even commented on the tech had their been a scintilla of a sniff of impropriety ? A change of structure, and reporting through a wholly owned foreign vehicle connected with operating in China - do people have the slightest clue about what this means for timing of receipts? All this bluster reveals an uninformed view with a suspicious agenda.
