they're already burning cash, and the products from SSI are the direct opposite of what NET want to do. I guess they could be using it for the lawful intercept / back door for the China government aspect, but even that doesn't make sense.

while Kwee is right SSI was a private company, no obligation for opening the books. that's not so much the case now that they are part of a public company.

the only people they are retaining are the CEO and CTO, doesn't that strike you as odd? and they're still yet to name the two foundation clients. sure there will be overlap with some dev and coders, but letting go of the people who know how the product actually works, that's never gone well for a company.

like I said it almost sounds like a reverse take over, but the $$ don't make sense, nor the lack of activity on LinkedIn, or their own website, I've never seen them and a roadshow or convention.
