@kalmar You obviously don’t read all the posts on
this Thread...
However I would like to clarify one thing and I am just raising this matter on this post as I was going to bring this up anyway;
Lots of people don’t seem to understand a Cash Flows Statement as they seem to confuse the words such as Sales Revenue (Income) and Profit with Cash Receipts from
Customers... We all understand that it is important to cash
the Sales you have made as you need money from your operating activities which is obviously better than your financing activities like capital rising or draw down from a loan bearing interest but the Company didn’t get cash receipts from its customers this last quarter however it doesn’t mean that the Company hasn’t made any Sales Revenue or Income last Quarter as the accounting policies of the Company stipulate that Revenue is recorded quarterly when the reseller produces a sales report on a quarterly basis and the reseller being a Chinese Company with its own accounting standards and policies it makes it a bit more challenging
to record Sales promptly and even more difficult to receive and account for the Cash Receipts in NET
books... this is were KPMG being on board will advise
management with (in my opinion) as to keeping the books as timely and conservatively as possible due to the nature of the business.
