What JT actually says is that KPMG have been carrying out assurance testing to confirm that 'the product is what NET say it is and does what NET say it does'. He says that the testing will be finished by Christmas. NET will then release the results to the market but JT doesn't actually say when. One would imagine it will be as soon as possible, given he has no concerns about the report confirming what they already know.

My take on is that every country wants to know that their code will be unique i.e. no back-doors or spying stuff. It sounds like this report will confirm that, and give great confidence to the world market. (Wow, I just read that again and it sounds like I almost know what I'm talking about lol - I don't by the way- it just sounds like it).
