Because most people dont know value when its staring them in the face.Second no commission for advisers in the past. third Why would you pay up for a bank when you can purchase them at 10% discount. See WHF.Listed since 1923. And your broker never mention it to you? Why? because if he did you would never sell.You know what that means? NO BIg Fat Commission.
