MBE is doing something very different.
MBE uses Direct Carrier Billing. Salt use Credit Card or other information, depending on how the user configures their Salt Profile.
Plus MBE's payment systems is primarily used for subscription to White Labeled products owned by MBE. Salt is a generic API to be used in application by application developers.
