    The only way IMO to achieve full value
    to investors is to liquidate the assets and return
    the funds to shareholders

    Lets get rid of the RE NOW
    save $42 Million on Management Buyout
    and preserve the Real Estate Assets

    The RE appears to be in breach of
    its duties in many ways
    So logically the removal of the RE
    is of paramont importance to PTN investors
