just say worst possible scenario 25% asset write down (extremely unlikely) leaves 321 million leftover....726 million shares = 50c per share
this is NOTHING to a cashed up AGL, ORIGIN
will see a deal done IMO before June this year.......these are very attractive assets that don't grow on trees...AGL/Origin may NEVER get another chance at these again at such good prices
