gross debt is more like 3.2 billion, the 2.7 is owed to a consortium of 11 banks...
so any asset write downs and you can see, there isnt much left between debt and asset values. a 25% total asset write down would kill it imho...
add to this a looming income convenent breach and the risk is obvious. she isnt 3.5c for no reason!!!
