    BBG has a net asset position on their books of 1 BILLION dollars..... the market is saying they are worth $450 million. Inman's 4 year turn around plan, along with other issues (problems), needed that sort of time frame to gradually write down some of those intangible values.

    $1.10 will be a very attractive outcome for current holders.
