I'll wager those 30 CHF patients who have been given a 3 year reprieve from death aren't saying "meh", as you so quaintly put it. And tell the millions of people globally who die or help bankrupt their respective health care systems with late stage CHF, (a disease which has a higher mortality rate than cancer) that these results are merely worthy of a "meh" response. These results are the very reason Teva has shifted its' focus to the advanced group or cohort (as you colourfully term them) as with no viable alternatives available, the FDA is far more likely to be receptive to fast-tracking.
