Can someone tell me what is the process for shorting NET, and from whom/or what company....are you borrowing the shares from to short.

Shorting Penny or Pink Sheet stocks is hard to do, because you have to secure those borrowed shares, and really risky, think of the entity that was shorting back at 2....when this stock went to 20....that is not a squeeze....that is death....so how does one go about shorting NET down under. Which broker helps or supports that.
