Well that is a well known report in the community, with some very clear descriptions of technology policy, and analysis, but to respond in any fashion, a person would need to be intimately aware of the NET technology, facts that at this time, at this level, most certainly would be covered by NDA.

I believe the most recent development work on the NET technology, has been done by a Chinese engineering company, so that technology will come under the same scrutiny as The "Splendid Actor".

Many would say that the Market is always the Judge, that is both true, and false, the Market is the key to revenue, it , the Market does not always adopt, or support the better\best technology.

So lets all be careful about rising to this discussion thread, one known aspect about technology, is that there are often multiple opinions regarding a technologies value.
