For every 7 shares owned you are entitled to buy 4 new shares at $4.00 each.
If you take up (exercise) your full entitlement, your average price will drop to ($11.oo*7 + $4.00*4)/11 = $8.45
Alternatively, you can sell your (free) entitlements on market and diversify into another stock.
