I agree with that comment 100% - it isn't a walk in the park.
All potential market cap estimates that I do are just that 'potential' based on IF such flow rates, revenues, earnings etc... occur as per Nido 'potential' estimates in their presentation.
Recommend that everyone do their own research and make their own decision - after all that is why Hotcopper has a disclaimer at the bottom of every post - none of us here are financial advisors - well I'm not anyway - that might stand in the way of me making money.
