All I could think of was the MK options, but that did not gel with the "who is in charge" comment so far as I am concerned. But seeing you have not replied I have to assume you meant "those" options.

It's clear that the shareholders voted directly to defeat that Resolution, but without the open proxies that MK could have used to defeat it. So, I cannot follow your reasoning. It's clear that the shareholders ultimately are in charge by voting in that capacity, but entrust the day-to-day running to the Board and management. I can't see your point, but it seems that you have a gripe or two. I wonder what it is! Care to share?
