    Actually works out at $200mil NPV not $300mil......You also seem to have forgotten the massive amount of debt PSA hold.....but I will admit it looks great from a directors point of view as there should be plenty of money to keep them handsomely rewarded.....Where is the growth coming from????

    A question for you.....have PSA ever made a dime for shareholders?????
