net short sales

5.91% of turnover on 17-02-10 approx. 130000 shares as net shorts,reporting of short sales is required under new asx rules,as a trader when i sell i must submit a statement of intent as to wether this is borrowed stock,in my case it never is,systemic shorting ,stock is being held on the bid and ask,in this case it is probably done awaiting major news and to prevent an orchestrated run on the stock while it is out of favour.
