glad i got out at 2.41, it ran too hard too fast, inflation will get out of control because of the stupid feds decision to cut rates, inflation is no way under control, anyone who lives in the real world knows this, soon the fed will have to change course and raise rates again to actually crush inflation, when that happens REITS will get smashed again
