yes, Cycletrader, I see now. The conversion to shares in WME requires no cash. 30m shares at 7c is what they currently have in convertible notes. So, 25c per share in net tanglible assets. Interesting to see what happens tomorrow when WME comes out of the trading halt. There seems to be a fair degree of buyng interest. At 14c, BTV is currently trading at a 44% discount to NTA.
