Have been looking into this for days now as soooo many times have invested in great companies only to have the global or local market effect sp potential. The drop in oil price has been my concern but from what I have read this should not effect oil exploration in Africa and therefore investment continuing to be and stay strong.
Saudi and America can play games with the oil price and try to cripple Russia but African oil will find a market.
With the Aussie property market about to collapse. Slower growth in China effecting the mining stocks in Oz. Looks like FAR and the African story is the best investment, oil demand to double by 2030 we should be in full swing of production by then!
QE will more than likely have to happen if we are going to keep things as stable as possible.
Alternative energy will be a evolution not a revolution that will take many generations. For now oil and finding new oil is the future.
Looking forward to the next ann on farm out deal and commercial find!
