    My understanding is that .......they will place up to 30% at the SPP, becouse they do not need shareholder approval to place this amount in a SPP.......as far as I know the company is able to decide how to distribute in the event of oversubscription...most times I beleive it is done on a pro rata basis, however can be done other ways......

    Ninie, it looks like directors are taking up the good part of 2.8mil, this has to receive shareholder approval, I will be voting against it.....for those concerned about loosing their SPP, I beleive you will get the spp regardless ....
