    Well Plext, how do you think HESC was producing hydrogen from lignite at its own plant?

    HESC got the partnership money because they got on with it and demonstrated they were capable and reliable.

    Here's where your Phase 2 for ECT went, pissing around with white elephants like this whilst others were producing hydrogen and showing their success to Japanese consortiums:
