I don't have to. The entire coldry system (coldry, char kiln, synthgas extractors etc) cycle system to produce the hydrogen hasn't been constructed yet.
The only other way to get it then is powering some hydrolisers to produce it from water or having a contract with an industrial gas supplier.
I don't see any mention of a completed Coldry system or a contract to supply hydrogen in the reports.
i do see Panasonic fuel cells, hydrolisers and solar panels.
