    The biggest flaw in that modelling is the fact that hydro is only been used at night & on demand.
    That would require the States to all work together i.e TAS importing energy during the day & exporting at night.
    Although TAS wholesale electricity prices are linked to VIC currently so it's more of a logistical than financial thing.
