Given they missed the June 30 deadline don't expect anything until late July/early August. They mentioned in a previous announcement a ceremony in Australia with China Telecom officials. Based on previous experience I believe they won't trade until after that.
As written previously don't expect any actual revenue numbers until the December quarter reporting in January 2018. Even then it will be early days. This long hard frustrating journey isn't suddenly going to get better, unfortunately. IMO.
